In order to further enhance the practical skills of welding technicians and continuously consolidate the theoretical foundation, Volvo's first welder skill practical training and certification training course was held at Jinan Tianye Remanufacturing Center from November to 16, with a total of 9 welding technicians from various teams participating in the training.

The trainers for this training are Mr. Yuan Jianbo and Mr. Li Wenming from Volvo Construction Equipment Shanghai Factory. The two trainers adopt a practical teaching method, starting from the basic knowledge of electric welding skills, routine operations, welding techniques, flaw detection after welding, and matters that need to be paid attention to in welding practice, and then to the trainees' on-site drills and operations, so that the trainees can learn professional knowledge and master practical skills. Through this training, the trainees said that the training content was accurate and the skills were practical, which improved their practical skills and enhanced their professional confidence.

Before the end of the skills training, the trainees' learning situation will be assessed. >On the morning of the 16th, after a rigorous assessment, the scores of all trainees reached the qualified standard, and Volvo Construction Equipment issued them Volvo Maintenance Welder Technician Level Appraisal Training Certificates.

This training not only provides a platform for students to learn, exchange, promote and advance each other, but also enables students to strengthen their professional technical knowledge and improve their professional quality and ability through this training, laying a solid foundation for skilled talents for the development of the company.
