In order to further improve the practical business capabilities of welding technicians and continuously consolidate the theoretical foundation. From November 14th to 16th, Volvo's first welder skill practical training and certification training class was held at Jinan Tianye Remanufacturing Center, and a total of 9welding technicians from various teams participated in the training.

The trainees were Mr. Yuan Jianbo and Mr. Li Wenming from Volvo Construction Equipment Shanghai Factory. The two trainees adopted a practical teaching method, from the basic knowledge of electric welding skills, routine operations, welding techniques, flaw detection after welding, and matters that need to be paid attention to in welding practice, to the trainees' field drills and operations, so that the trainees can learn professional knowledge and master practical skills. Through this training, the trainees said that the content of the training was accurate and the skills were practical, which improved their practical skills and enhanced their professional confidence.
