On July 1, the roll-off ceremony of the Deutz F8L413FW remanufactured engine was grandly held at the Jinan Tianye Deutz Remanufacturing Center. The "rebirth journey" of the engine:

As a remanufactured engine, how did I experience rebirth?

1. Recycling of old engines: The recycling of old engines is controlled by the remanufacturing recycling standards. Our engineers will strictly follow the remanufacturing standards to recycle old engines, and then remanufacture the engine according to the process flow.

2. Surface cleaning: After the old engine enters the factory, engineers will use special cleaning equipment to clean the surface stains of the old engine body to meet the disassembly standards.

3. Disassembly: Engineers will disassemble the engine parts, and strictly select qualified and repairable parts after disassembly. Unqualified parts will be scrapped and disposed, so that the utilization rate of old engine parts reaches 70%, thus realizing the concept of green environmental protection and sustainable development.

4. Pretreatment: Use a sandblaster to surface treat the disassembled parts, and then put them into an ultrasonic cleaning machine for ultrasonic cleaning, which can remove 80% of the sludge stains. Then put each part into the rotary spray cleaning to clean it thoroughly.

5. Inspection: Engineers will inspect the pre-treated parts strictly according to the cleanliness inspection standards, and use magnetic particle flaw detectors to inspect the parts. Magnetic particle flaw detectors can detect small crack defects, and then repair the defective parts.

6. Repair: Defective parts will be repaired according to the corresponding repair technology. Engineers will inspect the repaired parts according to the new parts standards, and assemble them after passing the inspection.

7. Assembly: At the assembly station, engineers strictly assemble according to process documents and technical standards. During the assembly process, there will be a torque management system to control the assembly quality, and each assembled component can be traced back to the assembly engineer.

8. Whole machine inspection: After assembly, a three-leak test is carried out to check whether the leakage rate of the water channel, diesel channel and oil channel of the engine is qualified according to the standard. After the leakage test is passed, the hot test bench test is carried out to detect the performance of the whole engine, and the original factory data is compared and adjusted. The performance of the adjusted engine can reach 95% of the new engine or completely comparable to the new engine, and a test report is issued.

9. Painting: The whole engine is painted according to the standard, and the thickness and adhesion of the paint are tested with special equipment, so that the engine looks brand new while ensuring the original engine, original paint and original standard.

10. Packaging: The packaging materials are tailored according to the model and size of the engine, and standard packaging is carried out. At this time, the engine has completed a complete transformation, and a new journey is waiting for it.
