On the morning of December 21, local time, the first award ceremony for the best loader operator of the Guinea Mine Project, "Gold Medal Operator, Loading Master", was held at the loading yard of the Shengtu Railway Station. Two "Best Loader Operators" with outstanding loader operating skills were selected and commended, and the prizes provided by Jinan Tianye were awarded. The leaders of the SMB Railway Station loading yard and the management personnel of relevant departments attended the award ceremony together with the local loader operators.

The purpose of this activity is: "to improve the comprehensive technical ability of front-line loader operators, consolidate the operation level and ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment." The on-site management personnel of the railway station loading yard selected two operators with skilled operation skills and safe and stable operation of the equipment as the honorary title of "Best Loader Operator" according to the daily operation skills of each operator and the safe operation of the equipment they operated. The on-site management leaders personally awarded the two excellent operators and gave full recognition and high praise to their operation skills and safe operation of the equipment, calling on all loader operators to learn from them.

This activity not only stimulated the enthusiasm of loader operators, but also increased the learning and communication opportunities between operators on the level of operation technology.
