Typhoon "Fireworks" is approaching, and the city of springs is rainy. On July 27, the seventh Volvo service skills competition - Jinan Tianye selection competition was grandly held at Jinan Tianye Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd.

This competition has received great attention and strong support from Volvo headquarters and company leaders. At around 9 am, the competition kicked off in a warm atmosphere. The leaders and judges who attended the competition were: Mr. Dong Xiaoming, Volvo North District Service Manager, Mr. Wang Fengtao, Volvo Parts Manager, Mr. Ma Kai, Jinan Tianye Channel Service Director, and Mr. You Jianliang, Technical Director.

This skills competition aims to improve dealer service personnel's learning skills, business research, and innovation, and to create Volvo's first service brand. Through both theoretical and practical assessment methods, the contestants' knowledge of Volvo's safe operation, service standard procedures, delivery maintenance knowledge, engine, hydraulic, and electrical basic knowledge, new National III excavator system knowledge, soft product knowledge, 20T new National III excavator delivery inspection, and simple fault diagnosis are comprehensively examined.

Through the selection of Volvo after-sales service contestants, the first-place contestant will represent the company to participate in the national finals held by Volvo headquarters in Shanghai on September 28.

After strict selection, the first, second and third prizes were finally selected from many outstanding contestants. The competition process was exciting, and the level and style of the competition were demonstrated. The contestants were sweating profusely, calm and brave, and each contestant was equally strong, making the competition particularly tense and fierce. Under the strict review of the judges, three first prizes were decided, namely Xu Yuezhao, Wang Bingxu, and Zhou Shuai; one second prize was awarded to Hua Minli; and one third prize was awarded to Liu Wenping.

The competition ended successfully with passion and warm applause.
