I. Purpose

In order to effectively prevent solid waste from polluting the environment and protect human health, this method is formulated in accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Wastes" and other relevant national laws and policies, combined with the company's actual situation.

II. Scope of Application

This system applies to the management of general solid waste generated in the company's production and operation activities.

III. Management Responsibilities

3.1 The company's remanufacturing center is the entry point for solid waste.

3.2 The Administration Department is responsible for the management and disposal of general waste generated in production safety.

IV. Management Regulations

4.1 Classification of solid waste In order to implement correct management methods and reduce the impact of waste on the environment, the waste generated within the company is classified and managed.

4.2 Collection and storage of solid waste Solid waste is divided into solid hazardous waste and solid non-hazardous waste according to whether it contains toxic and harmful substances. Solid wastes that are included in the National List of Hazardous Wastes or contain toxic and hazardous substances specified in the National List of Hazardous Wastes are solid hazardous wastes, and others are solid non-hazardous wastes. Solid wastes generated by the production department shall be transported, classified, and collected to the solid waste storage and placement address in accordance with regulations, and the administrator shall accurately record the solid waste management ledger.

4.3 Solid Waste Management

4.3.1 Identify the person responsible for waste management at each production station.

4.3.2 Strictly operate in accordance with the Solid Waste Management Responsibility System

4.3.3 The Safety and Technology Department shall regularly supervise and manage solid wastes.

4.3.4 The Administration Department shall regularly handle the disposal of solid wastes.

4.4 Disposal of Solid Waste The treatment of general solid wastes should give priority to the reuse of resources and reduce pollution to the environment. The company's administration department shall sign a contract with the collection company registered with the public security agency, regularly supervise the disposal of solid wastes, and record the disposal results in a timely manner.
